Right of cancellation
You can cancel the contract and return or exchange the goods within 14 days (postmark) of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. The deadline of 14 days is met if you declare the cancellation in writing or by e-mail and return the goods with the completed returns form to:

When returning goods, please keep the parcel posting receipt.
WE ARE ZRCL will not pay the postage for the return. Returned items will only be accepted in unworn/unused condition and in their original packaging. Transport damage must be reported to the post office within 5 days. WE ARE ZRCL will refund the value of the goods only after receipt of the goods returned in the condition described.
